Billing Descriptor
Charges for purchases made on KenBHelps.com may appear on your billing statement under a different name, including but not limited to “CK Marketing System LLC.”
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that billing may appear under this name or a similar business-related descriptor and that you will not dispute a charge solely based on a failure to recognize the billing name.

- Subscription and Recurring Membership Terms
Some memberships, subscriptions, or paid access plans may renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
You may cancel a recurring membership before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. When you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or retroactive cancellations will be provided.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want it to continue.
- No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

You agree not to request a refund based on dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, lack of results, failure to use the product, change of mind, mistaken purchase, lack of technical skill, or failure to cancel before renewal.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, dispute, or payment claim after purchasing or receiving access to any digital product, service, course, membership, prompt, tool, training, or community content, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to all current and future offerings, accounts, and memberships.
We also reserve the right to deny future purchases or access from users who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment disputes.
